The architecture expresses both modern and sustainable strategies, each façade is carefully designed and detailed to respond to streetscape, orientation and privacy of adjoining residential development.  In all cases, the emphasis is to reduce heat loading to the building whilst providing a pleasant amenity for the occupants.

The architecture has a clear legibility from Kitchener Parade. The façade is composed with a singular and bold portal that is defined against the backdrop of a recessive and darker finished building with fine grain elements.

Banding or framing of windows adds a horizontal expression to the building, whilst aluminium blades extend vertically on the face of the Kitchener Parade façade, which provides for a textural and vibrant façade whilst adding a level of articulation.

The proposed use of pattern, texture, form and colour, seeks to produce a design aesthetic that reflects the quality of residential accommodation provided.
