Antoniades Architects were engaged to undertake the design of Marigal Gardens, an exciting new retirement development on a 9-acre site in Kambah, Canberra. The village included the design of the overall masterplan, 73 villas, location for future Independent Living units, all pivoting around a well-appointed community leisure centre at the heart of the village. We are pleased to have seen the completion of the leisure centre earlier this year whilst construction is still underway to complete the final stages of the villas.
