We have a fantastic opportunity for an Architect with Revit experience to join our team.

Criteria

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
· Be enthusiastic and passionate about excellence in all aspects of project delivery and have a strong team spirit
· 5+ years post graduate with local experience
· Good level Revit and Adobe Suite skills
· High level understanding of relevant codes and standards
· Good level design skills
· High level of understanding of construction methods and documentation in medium to large scale residential, student accommodation and mixed-use projects
· High level ability to co-ordinate with authorities, builders & consultants and interface with client
· Be able to work in collaboratively and efficiently in a team

The position require the successful candidate to work both on maintaining and developing our established standards as well as undertaking project work within a balanced allocation of time.

Criteria

The role requires a minimum of 5 years local experience with work in residential, student, and Retirement projects an advantage.
Candidates must have high proficiency in Revit and able to work in a team environment and has good communication skills.
