Andreas Antoniades

Managing Director | Nominated Architect NSW Reg. 7954

A founding member with over 35 years of experience in the housing sector, Andreas has delivered award-winning seniors’ living, student, co-living, apartment and mixed-use developments.
With both Architectural and Urban Design qualifications, Andreas also leads the strategic, urban design and master planning direction of the practice.
His extensive work and interest in seniors’ living developments have established Antoniades Architects as an industry and design leader in this sector. Andreas has undertaken several trips to the United States, visited several retirement communities and attended the National Baby Boomers conference in Denver in 2007. He has also been a guest speaker twice at the RVA National Conferences.
Andreas’s involvement in the UDIA Seniors Living Committee for several years and as chair (2009) is a testament to his commitment to participate, research and assist in maintaining and developing best practices in both the built form and policy-making in the seniors’ living sector.
He has also led the firm’s purpose-built student accommodation projects, with the most recently completed shortlisted as a finalist for the World Architecture Awards.
His passion for architecture and urban design has extended to various academic roles including lecturing and judging design competitions and awards.

Joseph Fok

Joseph is an experienced Senior Architect with over 25 years in the global building industry across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Singapore. With a portfolio spanning multi-residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, he excels at resolving complex design briefs and technical challenges into clear, buildable reality.

Since joining Antoniades Architects in 2012, Joseph has been central to the delivery of a wide array of landmark projects across New South Wales and the ACT. His key project experience includes high-density residential and mixed-use developments such as Nautique, Parker Street, Princes Highway, and the Creswell Mixed

Development in Canberra, as well as specialized living like Arundel Street Student Accommodation in Glebe.In addition to multi-residential architecture, Joseph has spearheaded major industrial and employment precinct projects, including Kingsgrove Connect and Silverwater Connect, demonstrating a versatile approach to master planning, functional design, and technical execution.

Combining design vision with hands-on site experience, Joseph manages projects across all phases—from initial design and planning compliance through to detailed documentation and site supervision.
