Antoniades Architects are delighted to see our 733-bed student accommodation development in Canberra now completed and successfully operating. Located in the heart of Canberra Civic and close to ANU, the facility provides a comfortable and convenient place to live for students.

The development is offering students the opportunity to have off campus living with an exceptional level of facilities and amenities. Extensive common area facilities are allocated within the podium levels, whilst break out spaces are also included on every level above the podium to enhance the social dynamic and interaction of the students across the building. The views from the upper levels are expansive allowing occupants to appreciate this perspective of Canberra.

The design is informed by the unique opportunity the island site offered. It allowed the development to play a pivotal role in activating the precinct, informing the built form and the architectural response to facilitate a building that sits well within its context and has presence in the Canberra Civic.
