146 Foveaux Street

This boutique development is located on a dual fronted site located in the heart of Surry Hills. It comprises a two-storey vertical extension to the existing single storey building to create a well-considered and sympathetic three-storey commercial development. Prominent elements and proportions are carried over from neighbouring buildings to reinforce the streetscape typology. The upper floor is setback to reduce the bulk and scale of the third storey component.

The design of the project set out to balance commercial requirements without compromising the amenity provided by the project for its users and its contribution to the precinct.
