Antoniades Architects are delighted with the recent approval for re-establishing the pair of terraces in Potts Point back to their original use as three-storey residences from the current use as a backpacker accommodation. Formal and informal living areas on ground floor embrace a light filled
relationship and amenity, each with four bedrooms and double car space at the rear. The design reinstates an interpretation of a traditional terrace façade on the one, whilst restoring the other dating back to 1882,. Collectively they would revive a cohesive streetscape of terraces along Victoria Street.
