Seniors living development

The project entails the demolition of a construction of a part-two and part-three-storey building of 10 independent seniors living residences, and basement carpark with partially exposed basement at the southern end of the site.

The proposed building is situated on a site with significant terrain levels change across the entirety of the site from Jefferson Avenue towards Maunder avenue, where the main vehicle access is currently situated. 

The design of the seniors living building, its massing and facades are articulated to break  down the scale and create a contextually fitting residential building. The proposal has been designed to provide an excellent amenity for the occupants as well as a pleasant and positive contribution to the site and surrounding environment of St Ives.
