Seniors living development

The architectural expression of this senior’s living development has focus on both contextual integration and residents’ well-being. The design employs a refined material palette and a carefully modulated form that responds to the natural slope of the site, allowing the building to sit comfortably within its landscaped setting. The massing is broken down through articulated façade elements and subtle shifts in form, creating a visually engaging and appropriately scaled development.

Each of the 10 apartments has been designed to deliver a salubrious living environment, offering generous internal layouts, abundant natural light, and strong connections to private open space. The interiors are envisioned to provide a sense of calm, comfort, and dignity for older residents, with accessibility and future adaptability embedded into the design from the outset.

This proposal aims to not only provide high-quality, independent living for seniors but also contribute positively to the character of the St Ives neighbourhood. It represents a considered response to both the physical and social context, enhancing the amenity of the site and its surrounds through exemplary residential architecture. The development is situated on a site with an articulated natural terrain, which has been carefully addressed through sensitive architectural planning and site-responsive landscape design.
