Cascada Gardens

Cascada is in a leafy environment with views to Georges River in Sylvania.
The development is broken down into 3 precincts; Precinct 1 is located on the northern part of the site with the 28 dwellings overlooking Georges River. Precinct 2 is made up of 19 dwellings and is centrally located and at uppermost section of the site with some dwellings having aspect to Georges River as well as to the south. Precinct 3 is made up of 10 dwellings and located on the southern part of the site.
Each precinct has its own central public open space which includes landscaping and amenity which would encourage social interaction within these nodes. These open spaces also allow for solar access to the private open spaces as well as acting as defensible spaces within each precinct.
