The project is located on a prominent site that acts as a gateway to Rose Bay and comprises of 19 residences set within a beautifully curated landscaped garden and communal facilities.

 Strong contextual and cultural influences have directed the architecture, with a contemporary design response that ensured the development acted in a recessive manner to the adjoining Heritage listed Church.

A rhythmical set of arches extend across the façade, setting up an inherent dialogue along the streetscape, whilst the use of two complementing colour tones provides a harmonious and respectful relationship with the adjoining church.
