BERKELEY ST – MELBOURNE

Berkeley Street Carlton for Urbanest is our first significant project in Melbourne. This 13 storey development completed earlier this year comprises of 236 Beds. The design responds to the dual frontage offered by the site including the inclusion of a through site link connecting Berkeley Street to the rear lane and beyond. The architecture is inspired by the industrial buildings historically located in the precinct. The outcome delivers a contextually sensitive building that has a tactile yet modern robust interpretation.
