The 320-apartment proposal establishes a strong connection to the site’s green setting, with generous landscaping, deep soil and a cohesive network of vegetation reinstating the site’s landscape character.

The design responds to flood constraints through careful consideration of the development footprint, building levels and volume above the flood level. Building height, setbacks and visual privacy have been carefully tested against ADG principles and the surrounding context. A series of visual investigations informed a highly considered and sympathetic built form, with modulated volumes and clear breaks responding to the grain and scale of surrounding residential development.

The masterplan maximises solar access and views towards Sydney Olympic Park, creating a distinctive, lush and integrated residential environment.
