Berkeley Street

Berkeley Street Carlton for Urbanest is our first significant project in Melbourne. This 13-storey development completed earlier this year comprises of 236 Beds. The design responds to the dual frontage offered by the site including the inclusion of a through site link connecting Berkeley Street to the rear lane and beyond. The architecture is inspired by the industrial buildings historically located in the precinct. The outcome delivers a contextually sensitive building that has a tactile yet modern robust interpretation.
