Design Excellence Approval – Redfern Student Accommodation

We are delighted to have recently received design excellence approval for our 18-storey student accommodation project in Redfern. The development would provide 409 student accommodation beds, indoor and outdoor communal spaces, ancillary facilities, and two ground floor retail tenancies.

It achieves design excellence by providing a built form that has been subject to the State Design Review Panel process, Government Architect NSW review, and the DA assessment process. The proposal exhibits design excellence consistent with the requirements of SEPP PEHC
